Policy Development

I provide ethical leadership advice through active listening, understanding and adapting approaches to meet goals. I also coach and support leaders on internal communications initiatives including: employee relations, reputation management, operational efficiencies, new policy development/implementation and change management.
Project Highlight: Developed a sales surtax renewal campaign that achieved a resounding 83% voter approval. The campaign included internal and external communication tactics and received state-level recognition for implementation excellence.
